What does “-andó / -endő” mean in Hungarian?

Összekeverendő means “to be mixed” — Hungarian’s formal way of giving an instruction without a direct command. Add -andó or -endő to a verb stem and you get an official, impersonal “must be done,” the register used on forms and labels: kitöltendő (“to be filled in”) is the phrase stamped across Hungarian paperwork. Here it appears in a recipe warning that bean soup and bean goulash aren’t to be confused.
