What does “refajo” mean in Spanish?

In this buffet tour, the host lists the free drinks on offer and names refajo among them. She even explains it herself: it is beer mixed with a sweet fizzy soda. So when you hear refajo, picture a light, sweet, bubbly drink people share at a celebration. The word gaseosa means a fizzy soft drink, and that is half the recipe.

She says: “Te ofrecen bebidas como mimosas, gin tonic, sangría y refajo, la mezcla entre cerveza y una gaseosa...” — “They offer you drinks like mimosas, gin and tonic, sangria, and refajo, the mix of beer and a soda.” Useful pieces: “bebida” = a drink. “gaseosa” = a fizzy soft drink (in Spain you may hear “refresco” instead). “la mezcla” = the mix. “Te ofrecen...” = “They offer you...”, a common way to list what a place gives its guests.
