What does “coquita” mean in Spanish?

Spanish loves the diminutive -ito / -ita, and while it can mark small size, it just as often signals warmth. A coquita is simply a Coca-Cola you feel cosy about — the suffix adds affection, friendliness, even a coaxing tone, the way English might say “a nice little Coke.” Drinks and treats get this constantly: un cafecito, una cervecita, un vinito. Learn to hear -ito/-ita as emotional colouring as much as measurement, and casual Spanish suddenly sounds far less formal.

The same instinct stacks up across the clip: coquita (“Coke”), poquitín (“the tiniest bit”), poquito.
