تتدحرج means “she rolls” and comes from the quadriliteral root د-ح-ر-ج. The base verb دحرج means to roll something — to be the one doing the pushing. Add the Form V prefix تـ and the verb flips reflexive: the subject rolls herself, under her own momentum. It is one of Arabic’s most satisfying sound-matches — the word itself seems to tumble forward as you say it, root and meaning moving together.
