What does 'belezvalók' mean in Hungarian cooking?

Belezvalók is a Hungarian compound from bele (into [it]) + való (to be put), literally the things that go into it. Hungarian builds nouns by stacking these clear pieces: gulyásba való (for goulash), levesbe való (for soup), süteménybe való (for cake). Belezvalók in the plural names the whole roster of ingredients a gulyás or főzelék needs.
